Deadline: Your e-poster file must be submitted by January 5, 2026.
Your e-poster must adhere to the following specifications
- File name: Start your poster file name with the Abstract ID (in the confirmation email), followed with a “_” (underscore) and your full name, e.g. Abstract ID: 01_John Doe
- File format: JPG
- Size in pixel: 3840 (w) x 2160 (h) — landscape orientation
- Resolution: 3840 x 2560 (4KUHD)
- Content: Include text, diagram, figures and images only. Do not add videos.
Preparing your e-poster before the SIGMA meeting
- Design your e-poster with an attractive outlook to provide a brief overview of your work, focusing on objectives, hypothesis, academic progress and scientific merits.
- A horizontally-displayed digital poster panel will be randomly allocated to display your poster.
- Create your poster in PPT and export it to JPG in the specified resolution
- Make your poster as self-explanatory as possible.
Poster Display
The horizontally-displayed digital poster panels will be set up at the Exhibition Area, G/F, Laboratory Block, Faculty of Medicine Building, LKS Faculty of Medicine, HKU on January 10–11, 2026.
All posters will be open for viewing during the event. Presenters are encouraged to engage with participants and guests by sharing insights at their assigned panel. Refer to the event programme for e-poster viewing schedules.
